ABOUT MORRIS PET GROOMING LLC

My name is Bruce Morris, and I enjoy hanging out with your pets every day. I grew up in New Haven and worked at my parents' pet grooming business which they opened in 1962.

After attending Boston University for photojournalism and liberal arts, I decided to move back to Connecticut and took over ownership in 1980. I knew I wanted to run this business because I have always been great with animals, and they are calm and respond to me.

My parents and I have raised, bred, groomed, and showed Standard Poodles starting in the late ’50s, and I love being a part of that world. I am married, have two children, four dogs, three cats, and a tank full of fish. I am an avid bicyclist, ballroom dancer, and believer that all animals are beautiful… especially after grooming them.
